RETURN POLICY

• Requests for Return Goods Authorizations must be made within 15 days of material’s shipment from Micro-Pigmentation Centre, Inc. Micro-Pigmentation Centre, Inc will solely determine the eligibility to return any products.

Damage in Transit

• Your shipment should be checked upon receipt. Any shortage or damage must be reported within 72 hours. Defective merchandise will be replaced upon the return of the defective item.

Inspection

• All returns are subject to inspection and the Micro-Pigmentation Centre Inc. reserves the right to refuse any merchandise
• We do not accept for refund or exchange the following:
  • Opened packages of Needles
  • Pigment
  • Anesthetics, Anti-biotics
  • Containers with seal broken
  • Autoclaves
  • Sharpes Containers
  • Cosmetics
• hipping, duty, brokerage and insurance charges are non-refundable; however, we will refund your original shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
